Since I am going through a similar situation, I can say that stop thinking helps a lot to allow stillness to speak … meditate, focus attention on NOTHING since the spiral in which one is immersed are the same thoughts over and over again looking for solutions , making judgments making questions with no answers… an endless race ….. nurse yourself … take a massage or just do NOTHING ! …as there is a very fine line between going from a negative thought that is constantly repeated to depression.
